There are six passenger elevators and one service elevator serving Overlake Medical Pavilion.
All elevators are designed for efficient operation. In the unlikely event that the elevators become inoperable, please instruct your staff and patients to first use the emergency telephone located inside each elevator cab. The telephones are connected to the 24-hour emergency switchboard. A building engineer or elevator technician will be dispatched immediately to assist you. In addition, there is an emergency bell that may be pushed to alert the building staff of any problems.
Overlake Medical Pavilion has 7 levels of garage parking for tenants and visitors. Monthly parking is available through the garage management company, SP Plus. The parking office and parking booth are located at the main visitor entry at the P3 entrance (near Starbucks). The parking garage is staffed from 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Monday - Friday.
There are three (3) entrances/exits for the parking garage. There is a roll-up gate at each entrance that is programmed to open and close during the times noted below.
The main visitor entry/exit is located on P3 near Starbucks. There are 3 lanes, 1 for entry, 1 for exiting and the middle lane is switched during peak times for either entry (mornings) or exiting (afternoons). The garage roll-up gate at the P3 entrance is open from: 6:00am - 9:00pm Monday - Friday.

Monthly parkers should use this entrance for after-hours access.
A monthly parker entrance is located at the north end of the building on the west side (P2). There is only one lane, which will be entry only from 5:30am - 11:30am and will be exit only from 11:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Monday - Friday.
